Flat Landing Brook formation is a geographical formation located in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado, USA. It is a glacially-carved valley that is characterized by flat terraces and steep walls. The formation is thought to have been shaped by the movement of glaciers during the Pleistocene epoch, which occurred approximately 2.6 million to 11,700 years ago. The valley is situated at an altitude of approximately 12,000 feet and is surrounded by rugged peaks. Visitors can hike through the valley and enjoy scenic views of the surrounding mountains and wildlife, including bighorn sheep, elk, and marmots.
